Corporate Overview

The Crystal Victoria Corporation (CVC) was formed in 1987 as a holding company to collect and manage resources to extract and process precious metals in an environmentally sustainable way.

Over many years, CVC has aggregated high-value claims in the beautiful Colorado River Basin with the intent to leverage its values for the national interest, while preserving the landscape for future generations. For over 30 years, CVC has studied these claims extensively, and estimates they contain over 25 million tons of highly enriched ore reserve materials—a significant national resource!

Many of the minerals within CVC’s holdings are critical to the US supply chain and have attracted significant interest. Our goal is to leverage these in-ground values, in order to invest in new mining and processing technologies that make their extraction and processing environmentally sustainable. This will ensure a 100+ year and beyond supply of critical materials for the US.
